The Driveway Empire
It started with a used pressure washer and a neighborhood of dirty driveways. Twenty-eight paying jobs later, he’d earned just over ten thousand dollars, most of it from repeat customers who found him through word of mouth.

The driveways funded more than gas money; they funded a pull toward software. In 2026 he built his own: a passcode-protected net-worth tracker he designed and built end to end with Next.js, Supabase, and Recharts.

The AI Startup
By seventeen he was engineering websites and internal tools at Elevair, leading a four-person research team, and pitching AI systems to over a hundred Houston businesses, in person and by phone.
Dhevan is seventeen and already one of the most dependable people I build with: hand him something ambiguous and he figures it out, ships it, and treats the whole thing like it’s his own.

What’s Next
The plan from here: study engineering (he’s still deciding which kind) with a minor in finance or business, and keep building the whole time. The pattern doesn’t change; only the scale does.
Outside the work, he’s deep into cars: the kind of person who clocks the interesting one three lanes over, and would rather be working on one than almost anywhere. The rest is what you’d guess. Markets he can’t stop watching, and the music and friends that have been there since before any of this started.
